Fresh Bread Guide
Storing
A.

Bagging

If you have purchased a loaf that is still hot, allow it to cool entirely. You should never put bread in a plastic bad until it has cooled throughout. Placing hot bread in a plastic bag will allow condensation to form which could result in a soggy loaf of bread.

B.

Refrigerating

It is not a good idea to store your bread in a refrigerator as it will dry out much faster. Our fresh ingredients and special production process allow out breads to stay fresh for at least a week at room temperature.

C.

Freezing

Your bread should freeze wonderfully since it contains no added fats or oils. Make certain the bread is thoroughly cooled before freezing. Use any method for warming the bread except microwave. We think toaster ovens are best for slices.
