Welcome to Stone Mill Bakers. In the bakery we grind our own wheat to make flour and turn it into bread. We also grind our own rye and corn. We use Montana wheat because it has the highest protein and lowest moisture, which makes the best bread! Not to mention, our breads are made with no added fats, oils, and no Preservatives! One exception to that is the Jalapeno Corn Bread, which has some real butter added to keep the corn from drying out.

Apricot Rolled Oat - Bits of diced apricots combined with rolled oats.




Challah - Is a twisted, egg bread topped with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, or sugar crystals, or combinations of all three.

  Cheddar Parmesan - Cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, and a little bit of garlic.
                              Cinnamon Raisin Walnut - Our stone ground whole wheat flour loaded with dark raisins, walnuts, and cinnamon. A great toasting bread.
       Country Whole Wheat - Our stone ground whole wheat bread made with unsulphured molasses, so it is not quite as sweet as the honey wheat.
  Cranberry Orange - Our stone ground whole wheat flour bread with dried cranberries and fresh oranges.
  Dakota Bread - Our stone ground whole wheat bread with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and millet.
  Flax Seed Rolled Oat - with flax seeds and rolled oats, this bread is high in fiber.
  Focaccia - Italian flat bread with varied toppings such as tomato-basil, three-pepper cheese.
  Garlic Black Olive - Our sourdough with black olives and garlic.
  Honey Whole Wheat - Stone ground whole wheat pure honey, water, yeast, salt. That's it!



Jalapeno Cheese - Jalapeno peppers and cheddar cheese married together with our whole wheat flour and pure honey.


Jalapeno Corn Bread - An exception to our no diary rule, we add real butter to stone ground corn with bits of Jalapeno peppers and sweet red bell peppers.




Multi Grain - Our stone ground whole wheat with a nine grain mixture topped with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds.




Old Fashioned White - Unbleached, unbromated white flour (white because the bran has been sifted), pure honey, water, yeast, salt.




Seeded Rye - We grind our own rye and add lots of caraway seeds.


Sourdough - Our sourdough is a light bread with a great crust and a mild sour.


Sunflower Whole Wheat - Our honey whole wheat bread with sunflower seeds added for more nutrition and some crunch.




Texas Herb - An onion, dill, rye flour bread, with a little bit of garlic, and topped with poppy seeds and sesame seeds.
