Round loaves taste better, stay fresher longer, and are just more fun. Round loaves bake more evenly as they do not touch any metal. The bread is never exposed to any flavors or oils used to keep the bread from sticking to a pan. Our bread retains its natural flavor as the crust locks in freshness and moisture. Once sliced the entire loaf of bread is exposed to the air causing it to lose flavor and freshness. The sliced loaf of bread dries out and stales much quicker unless it is loaded with preservatives (which we don't use). With round, unsliced bread, YOU decide if you a want a thick slice for morning toast or a thin slice for a snack or sandwich.
